Great sense of design and light on this one, great job. We see so few night scenes especially ones done in this cool brushy style, bravo!

Would be cool to write and view at the same time... relying on memory from what I viewed... Under the freeway in some phantasmagoric state of mind feeling the raw edge of the city's fringe. Letting the values and colors range with minimal line restriction is quite powerful. The red passage with squares of floating color excite the imagination... Black strokes of concrete whip up one hellava damn good painting.

I like very much.

Do you paint alla prima ?
Or do you paint covering 2 or 3 times?

Thank you

thanks everone, this was a failed/stalled old one I put aside for a year and suddenly relized what I had to do and hit it with a bunch of Knife work. I'm painting over longer periods of time now. Every painting is a combination of wet into wet, wet into mushy, wet into dry.

Excellent. Taking Minimalism to great levels. It's already been said, but I love the reds & greys you're throwin' around here.
