Yeah,i really like this one.
Did you go to the Mortimer exhibit? Boy can paint, disturbing imagery, like the smaller better as the bigger are a little too particular, only the one that looks like a motriticans table looks like more than perverted surrealism.
But the limbs are great, and strike to the core. Not therapy as the bigger ones look to be, but will maybe see today. Taking a groups of elementary school kids to LACMA for a tour for my wifes job. Should be interesting, and hit these galleries in Culver City on teh way home to teh LBC.
Got my response deleted, has happened a few times after posting,but had one reappear too.
weird.
Google Sande Cohen, been writing as he is on his ex student Pagel for bad journalism, was teaching critical thinking(LOL) at CalArts for 29 years before quiting, backs up everything i have said about art schools.
