It took me awhile to understand your title, Below Target, but then I recognized the shopping cart. You must have positioned yourself above the underground parking for a Target store!
Your composition for this work is incredible. It's simple, without all the extraneous detail that I have trouble with curtailing in my own work.
Well done!

Now these are the types of things I love best from you. A glowing color in a darker rich background, reminds me of Matisse various goldfish.
