The glow in this is very nice. I like how the color if the light itself effects the car and ground colors, it gives this harmony. Beautiful, as always!
This is nice, Bill. You've created an interesting theme worthy of repeating here, I like the lone car or motor home under the night street lights that you do.

My first time seeing your blog- these are wonderful paintings. Your flag caught my attention- the Kincaid quote is great. I grew up hanging around the LA river and I'm looking forward to painting some scenes from around there this summer. Nice work!

Very good indeed, and again I love your rough hewn painting style.
Fabulous night scene. I love artist's night scenes - though I'm never tempted to paint one myself.
I especially like how you handled the "halo" around the light itself.
Excellent.
Damn that's a nice painting! Beautiful gauzy handling of the paint in the sky and around the street light.. it really sings.
Nice!! Great lonely night mood.
oh, your work is wonderful.
found you through katherine kean
delighted to make this discovery
